'Teahouse Yotsuya Arakicho at Night'

This evening scene depicts a teahouse with patrons coming and going, and a single patron in silhouette, in a window. Koitsu's use of color captures evening perfectly. Koitsu's cipher and the Doi Publisher seals are present as well. This print, which was first produced in 1935, is a later edition, c1940s. The print sight size is 15" x 10.5", and the frame measures 15" x 20". It is in fine condition, laid on board. P40518
