This print depicts three Courtesans resting, or 'cooling off' at leisure activities on a warm day. One fans herself, while one smokes a pipe and the other plays the shamisen. The original print dates to c1780, and this is a postcard-sized woodcut of that print dating to c1950. Its sight size is 5.25" x 3.5", and the black frame measures 13" x 9".   P8551     $135.00
