This wonderful lithograph by Brian Williams is number 46/100. Williams is an American, whose art took him to Japan in the early 1970s and he has made Japan his home ever since. This lithograph depicts a serene snow scene entitled 'Evening Light', in which the home is illuminated in an amber glow as day turns to twilight. Williams' lithographs are hand-pulled by Williams in a laborious process in which he handles every phase of his art. Many of his lithographs actually look like a photograph because of his attention to detail and his hands-on technique. This lithograph was produced in 1987, and it is dated as such, along with Williams' signature and its edition number in the lower margin. This lithograph is beautifully matted and framed with a sight size of 8.5” x 20”, and the frame measures 15” x 27.5”, a nice large print. It is in excellent original condition.
