This postcard woodblock print depicts a festive celebration of cherry blossom time at the Kinryuzan Temple in Asakusa.  The colors are beautiful, with a heavy ink bleed as these were intended for mailing.  The print series is from c1850, and this later edition postcard dates to c1910.  This unposted postcard measures 3.5" x 5.5" and the frame measures 5.5" x 7.5".  It is in fine condition.    P262/8325     $65.00
