This miniature woodblock print depicts Yamanaka Village on a snowy day.  It is one of Hiroshige's favorite snow scenes.  The colors are superb.  This miniature print dates to c1930-40 for the booming tourist trade.  This print measures 5.5" x 3.75", and the wood frame measures 9" x 7".   It is in wonderful condition on a cream mat with a red border accent.
