This handsome print depicts Ryogoku Bridge as seen from the One Thousand Poles at Senbongui. The wooden pilings jut out of the water framing a view of the bridge at sunset, with a single boat and fisherman on the water. The skyline is gorgeous with a lavender hue at the horizon, with clouds above. The colors are beautiful. It bears the artist's and publisher's seals. This print measures 14" x 9.25". It was originally published c1880. This later edition dates to c1940s. It is in excellent condition, no creases, holes or stains.  P8552
