This print depicts the beauty 'Ochie' reading prose.  She is a classic beauty and Utamaro captured her beautifully.  This print was first introduced c1790.  This later edition dates to c1930 during the booming tourist trade.  This surimono size print measures 5.25" x 3.5" and is framed in a simple black frame measuring 7.5" x 5.5".  It is in good condition with just minimal toning.     P359   $75
