This charming woodblock print depicts an enchanting scene during cherry blossom time in which a white Peacock presents himself, in all his glory to three children who look on in amazement, if not some trepidation. His mate, also a white Peacock, takes in the spectacle. This print is marked "Copyright 1914 by Helen Hyde" printed in the lower left. It bears her clover seal, along with her initials seal 'HH' in the upper right. It is signed by Helen Hyde in her full signature in pencil in the lower right. This print, matted in ivory, has a sight size measuring 9.25" by 10.5", and its vintage wood frame measures 17" x 18.5".
